Both of my grandmothers had a flair for fashion — sewing, designing, and creating beautiful garments for themselves and others. I didn’t quite pick up their sewing skills (lol), but I definitely inherited their love for style, individuality, and creativity. That’s what sparked Fi-buurs Kaakahu.

I adore dresses and skirts, but let’s be real — pants are my everyday vibe.

The Mataatua Collection was made with love for all the curvy waahine of Aotearoa — to celebrate every curve and contour.
